We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders once your order has shipped. You must contact USPS and file a claim online.

What are your processing and shipping times?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We offer USPS First Class Mail with 3-5 day delivery and USPS Priority Mail with 1-2 day delivery. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! We currently offer free pickup for customers located in the Picayune, MS area. Choose “Pickup” at checkout. Pickup instructions and location will be sent via email once your order is ready.
